Malika Viltz-Emerson has been a leader in the human capital management space for more than 20 years. Her methods provide road maps to the future and an optimal sustainable path full of performance improvements to help achieve goals. She works diligently to document the real-world employee performance challenges and identify the future state, and recommends the appropriate tools, processes and plans to eliminate the gaps. She leads learning solutions offerings, which assist organizations in developing strategies that maximize learner experience, engagement and productivity, while optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of learning technologies and learning programs. She creates a custom consumer approach to learning. Most recently Viltz-Emerson was head of learning solutions at Grubhub and worked with an extensive list of Fortune 500 companies. Viltz-Emerson is writing her dissertation in completion of her doctorate in learning technologies from Pepperdine University. Viltz-Emerson holds a master’s in education and leadership from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s from Northwestern University.
